GOOD FOR THE ORDER

• We will celebrate Pastor and LaTonya Wesley's 20th anniversary with an anniversary banquet, Saturday, February 15 from 5-9 p.m. at the Mustin Beach Officers Club. Tickets are available now for $65. The last day to purchase tickets is Tuesday, February 4. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Dress is semi-formal.
• GLR is hosting the MLK, Jr. Commemorative Celebration: Youth program (Thursday, January 16 at 7pm); the Prayer Breakfast (Saturday, January 18 at 8am); and the Religious Service (Sunday, January 19 at 3pm).
• 20th Pastoral Celebration Revival: January 21-22 at 7:00 p.m. with Dr. Sedric Veal (Temple Baptist Church, Cleveland, OH) and on February 4-5 at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Eddie Spencer, IV (Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Englewood, NJ). 
• The Transportation Ministry is looking for volunteer drivers for Sunday pick-ups. If you are interested, please see Vanessa Brown (Transportation Ministry Leader) or call the church office.

• The Pastor's Aide Ministry is asking all members to give a love offering to our Pastor who goes above and beyond for us.  Envelopes are available and you may give a love token via eGivings (online payment system).  "We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 ESV).  If you give, please give what the Lord has laid on your heart to give!
